Holly offers convenient, spacious ground floor accommodation. Reached via an entrance from the farmyard, it has its own patio leading to the garden.
It consists of an open-plan beamed living room with kitchen and dining areas. The kitchen is well-equipped with gas cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave oven. The living room has ample seating for six, a colour digital freeview television and an electric fire.
The corridor leads to a bathroom with a shower over the bath, a separate shower room and a room with 3ft wide bunk beds; then up two steps to a double bedroom with a 5ft wide bed with electric blanket and to a twin bedroom with 3ft wide beds.
Night storage heating is available all year, subject to a small extra charge from May to September. All bedrooms have an electric fan or convector heater.
Duvets and linen are provided , towels can be hired. A cot and high chair are available on request.
